The HS-700A is a self-adjusting automatic stripper. The jaws close on the conductor and set themselves to the insulation thickness, so there is no dial to turn and no gauge to select when moving between wire sizes. That makes it quick on a panel job where sizes change constantly, and it removes the risk of nicking the copper by picking the wrong hole.
An adjustable stop on the nose sets the strip length, so every conductor comes out the same and terminals seat properly. The handles are insulated and shaped for repeated use, and the spring return means the tool reopens on its own between wires.
