This is the ASCON Ring Type Copper Terminal (ASCON cat. no. 7151): a copper sheet metal ring tongue terminal, non-insulated ring type crimping terminal (7000 series) for 2.5 sq mm cable / conductor with 10.2 mm stud hole.
