JiGO HA-24 WAY MCB Distribution Box
The JG-HA24 is the largest board in the HA series — twenty-four IP65 weatherproof DIN ways in a gasketed enclosure with a hinged transparent window.
Twenty-four ways is a full distribution board that happens to be weatherproof. It takes an incoming isolator, RCCBs split across two groups, and enough outgoing ways for an entire building or process area, with every breaker readable and operable through the sealed window.
What makes it a weatherproof board
- Gasketed enclosure — a continuous seal around the lid rather than a push-fit cover
- Hinged transparent window — breakers are visible and reachable through a sealed cover, not through an open cut-out
- 24 DIN ways — room for an incomer, an RCCB and the outgoing circuits
- Bottom cable entry through a gland plate, so water cannot track into the enclosure along the cables
The HA series sits alongside the HT and SHPN series in the JiGO weatherproof range, so a site can be fitted out with matching boards of different sizes and styles. The 56CB series adds integral sockets and indicators where the board also has to supply portable equipment.
Specification and fitting
The enclosure is supplied empty unless devices are ordered with it; MCBs, RCCBs and RCBOs are fitted on request and charged separately. Use blanking strips to close any unused way behind the window, and gland every cable entry properly — one unglanded hole in the bottom of a weatherproof board defeats the whole enclosure.

The JG-HA24 is used as a main distribution board for outbuildings, process plant, pump stations, farms and site compounds, and anywhere a full board has to live outdoors or in a wash-down area.
- Order blanking strips for unused ways — an open module position behind the window lets dust straight onto the rail.
- Populated or empty? Send us the schedule and ATC India will supply the board built, wired and labelled rather than as an empty enclosure.
- Match the series to the duty: HA, HT and SHPN cover the same requirement in different enclosure styles, and the 56CB series adds sockets and indicators.
