The pipe-in-pipe body holds a conductive crystalline compound that keeps the surrounding soil moist and conductive, delivering a stable low resistance in all seasons with no maintenance. A copper terminal is provided for easy connection, and the electrode is installed with back-fill compound (approximately 50 kg per pit) in line with IS 3043.
