The UNI-T USG5000V series RF vector signal generator delivers high-purity spectrum signals up to 14 GHz (USG5014V, USG5014V-P) or 22 GHz (USG5022V-P) with 0.001 Hz frequency resolution and a level range of -135 dBm to +25 dBm. Typical SSB phase noise is -122 dBc/Hz at 20 kHz offset for a 1 GHz carrier, with amplitude accuracy of 0.7 dB (typ.).
