JiGO XAC-A4913 Crane Pendant Control Station
The XAC-A4913 is a four-button, two-speed IP67 crane pendant station covering two motions, with a red mushroom emergency stop. Creep and full speed from a two-stage press on every button.
On a single-girder crane with two-speed hoist and travel motors, the operator wants creep speed for the last few hundred millimetres and full speed for everything else. The XAC-A4913 gives both from the same four buttons, with no separate speed selector to reach for.
On this station

The station is sealed to IP67 throughout, so it is suited to outdoor gantries and wash-down process areas as well as covered workshops. Every button is spring return and the opposing pairs are mechanically interlocked.
Wiring and selection
Two-speed stations need twice the control cores of a single-speed station. Confirm the pendant cable before changing over, and remember that the crane panel needs two-speed contactor logic or a drive configured for two preset references.

The XAC-A4913 is used on two-speed EOT and monorail cranes handling delicate or closely fitted loads, in outdoor, food, chemical and textile plant.
- Always use a strain wire: suspend the station on a steel cord or chain anchored to the trolley, and let the electrical cable hang slack beside it. A pendant hanging on its own conductors will fail at the terminals.
- Switch coils, not motors: the station drives contactor coils. Size the contactors and overloads for the motor; the pendant only has to carry the coil current.
- Legends: button legends can be supplied as UP/DOWN/EAST/WEST/NORTH/SOUTH, as arrows, or blank for your own marking. Say which when ordering.
