XEN-G1191 Crane Pendant Control Station
The XEN-G1191 is the double-speed contact element used in JiGO XAC crane pendant stations — the two-stage block that sits behind a button and calls creep speed on a light press and full speed when pressed through.
A two-speed pendant is not a different button; it is a different element behind the same button. The XEN-G1191 is that element: a two-stage contact block that makes its first contact at part travel and its second at full travel, so one press gives the operator both speeds without a separate selector.

- Converting a single-speed station to two speed — replace the single-stage elements with these rather than buying a new pendant
- Repairing a two-speed station — a worn or damaged element is replaced individually
- Building to order — panel builders and crane makers fit the elements that match the machine

Before converting an existing station, check the pendant cable. A two-speed button needs two control cores per direction instead of one, so a four-button single-speed station that used five cores will need nine. There is no point fitting the elements if the cable cannot carry the extra circuits.
Specifying
Tell us the station model and how many motions are to be converted, and we will supply the correct number of elements. The crane panel also has to support two speeds — either two-speed contactor logic or a drive configured with two preset speed references — so confirm that before ordering.

The XEN-G1191 is bought by crane manufacturers, panel builders and maintenance departments converting or repairing two-speed pendant control stations.
- Check the pendant cable first. Two-speed buttons double the control cores per direction; a conversion fails at the cable, not at the element.
- Check the panel. The crane needs two-speed contactor logic or a drive with two preset references for the second stage to do anything.
