JiGO ZH1602-C Distribution Box
The ZH1602-C is the largest wall-mounted box in the ZH1602 family, with two 10-module MCB chambers, two 16 A blue three-pin sockets and two 32 A red five-pin sockets on a single stacked spine. It is built to order by ATC India, Ludhiana.
Twenty DIN modules is enough to give every outlet its own RCBO and still leave room for an incoming isolator, a phase indicator and a spare way. That is what the ZH1602-C is for: a weatherproof distribution point where the protection matters as much as the sockets. Two chambers sit at the top of the spine, with a blue single-phase tier and a red three-phase tier mounted below them.
What is fitted on this box
- 2 × blue three-pin industrial sockets — 16 A, 2P+E, 200–250 V single phase, 6 h clock position, with sprung flap cover
- 2 × red five-pin industrial sockets — 32 A, 3P+N+E, 380–415 V three phase, 6 h clock position, with sprung flap cover
- two separate 10-module DIN rail chambers behind a hinged smoked-transparent window, ready to take MCBs, an RCCB or an RCBO
On every box in this range the colour tells you the circuit: blue sockets are three-pin single-phase (16 A, 230 V) and red sockets are five-pin three-phase (32 A, 415 V). Four-pin 3P+E red sockets and 63 A outlets can be fitted instead if your plant uses them.
The four modules clip onto a common back spine, so the board can be dismounted tier by tier for servicing without taking the whole assembly off the wall. Cable entry is through the bottom gland plate, and the smoked hinged windows give a clear view of breaker positions while keeping water and dust out of the chamber.
Made to order, not off the shelf
ATC India assembles the ZH1602-C to the customer requirement. The socket mix can be reversed, outlets can be upgraded to 63 A, one chamber can be given over to a contactor and timer, and the spine can carry a fifth tier. Send us the single-line diagram or just a list of the loads and we will quote it built that way.

The ZH1602-C is specified where one outdoor board has to feed a whole work area: larger construction sites, yard and workshop supplies, DG changeover points and temporary power for exhibitions and events.

- Protective devices: MCBs, RCCBs and RCBOs are fitted on request and charged separately. Say the brand you prefer and we will build it in.
