JiGO PCT-224D Wire Connector
The PCT-224D is the DIN-rail mounting version of the four-in four-out lever distribution connector — four isolated channels on a rail foot, for a three-phase and neutral group.
Taking a three-phase supply and its neutral into a panel and distributing all four from one rail-mounted point is tidier and quicker than four separate blocks. The PCT-224D does it in a single device with four electrically isolated channels and a DIN foot.

Because the channels are separate and colour coded, phase order is preserved through the distribution point — which matters, because a transposition at a panel junction runs every motor downstream backwards.

The PCT-224D is used in three-phase control and distribution panels, motor control centres, machine enclosures and marshalling boxes.
- Solid or stranded? Push-in connectors are for solid conductors; lever connectors take stranded wire directly. Using the wrong type is the one mistake that causes trouble later.
- Strip to the printed mark. Too short and the cage grips insulation; too long and bare copper sits outside the housing.
- Pull-test every conductor after insertion. It takes a second and it catches the only fault this connector type allows.
- Availability: normally 7–10 days from confirmed order; fast-moving sizes are usually in stock in Ludhiana.
