JiGO PCT-225D Wire Connector
The PCT-225D is the DIN-rail mounting version of the five-in five-out lever distribution connector — five isolated channels for a complete three-phase, neutral and earth group.
Five channels on a rail foot handles a whole three-phase supply, neutral and earth included, from a single fixed point inside the panel. It is the largest distribution connector in the PCT range and the one specified where a machine feed has to be split without a terminal row.

Each channel is isolated inside the body and the levers open individually, so a circuit can be added or moved during commissioning without disturbing the rest of the group or cutting conductors shorter.

The PCT-225D is used in three-phase panels, motor control centres, machine supply enclosures and distribution boards.
- Solid or stranded? Push-in connectors are for solid conductors; lever connectors take stranded wire directly. Using the wrong type is the one mistake that causes trouble later.
- Strip to the printed mark. Too short and the cage grips insulation; too long and bare copper sits outside the housing.
- Pull-test every conductor after insertion. It takes a second and it catches the only fault this connector type allows.
- Availability: normally 7–10 days from confirmed order; fast-moving sizes are usually in stock in Ludhiana.
