The XB5AS542 is a complete emergency switching-off push button: red Ø40 mm mushroom head, trigger-action latching (trigger action, turn to release), positive-opening 1 NC contact block and dark-grey bezel, ready to fit in a 22.5 mm hole. Trigger action means the contacts latch open the moment the head is struck, even if it is not pushed fully home, as ISO 13850 / IEC 60947-5-5 require; the mechanically linked positive-opening NC contact cannot weld shut. IP66 front, 10 A thermal, AC-15 240 V 3 A, -25 to +70 °C.
