JiGO ZHP006 Distribution Box
The ZHP006 is the hinged-door version of the ZHP board: the same twelve DIN ways, two 16 A blue three-pin sockets and two 32 A red five-pin sockets, but on a door that swings open for wiring and maintenance.
On a screw-lid box every service visit means taking four screws out and finding somewhere to put the lid. The ZHP006 puts the whole socket face on a side-hinged gasketed door instead, so the installer swings it open, works on the back of the outlets and the terminal rail with both hands free, and closes it again on an intact seal.
What is fitted on this box
- 2 × blue three-pin industrial sockets — 16 A, 2P+E, 250 V single phase, IP44, to IEC 60309-1 / 60309-2, with sprung flap cover
- 2 × red five-pin industrial sockets — 32 A, 3P+N+E, 415 V three phase, IP44, to IEC 60309-1 / 60309-2, with sprung flap cover
- 12-module DIN rail chamber behind a hinged smoked-transparent window, ready to take MCBs, an RCCB or an RCBO
Across the whole ZH range the colour tells you the circuit: blue sockets are three-pin single-phase (16 A, 2P+E, 250 V) and red sockets are five-pin three-phase (32 A, 3P+N+E, 415 V). Four-pin 3P+E red outlets and 63 A outlets can be fitted instead if that is what your plant uses.
Behind the door the layout is the same as the ZHP003 — a twelve-module DIN rail chamber under a latched smoked window, two blue 16 A single-phase outlets and two red 32 A three-phase outlets, with cable entry from below. The hinges are moulded into the enclosure body, so there is no steel to corrode in a damp plant room.
Made to order, not off the shelf
ATC India builds the ZHP006 to order: left or right hand door, IP67 screw-ring sockets, a different outlet mix, RCBOs per way, a lock on the door catch, or a deeper enclosure for larger incoming cables. Describe the installation and we will quote it accordingly.

The ZHP006 is preferred where the board will be opened regularly — rental and hire fleets, maintenance workshops, test benches, and any installation where circuits are changed from job to job.
- Customisation: socket count, socket colour and rating, number of MCB ways, enclosure size and cable entry are all open. Send us a sketch or a photo and we will quote the exact box.
- Protective devices: MCBs, RCCBs and RCBOs are fitted on request and charged separately. Name the brand you prefer and we will build it in.
- Availability: normally 7–10 days from confirmed order; standard configurations are often in stock in Ludhiana.
