JiGO ZHS004 Distribution Box
The ZHS004 is the flap-cover version of the portable orange splitter: one 32 A red five-pin three-phase outlet on the end and four 16 A blue three-pin outlets along the side, all IP44 with sprung flaps.
Where the duty is dusty rather than wet, screw rings are an inconvenience — every plug change costs a turn of the collar. The ZHS004 keeps the same moulded orange body and the same five-outlet layout as the ZHS003 but fits IP44 sprung-flap sockets, so plugs go in and out quickly and the flaps still close over the entries when nothing is connected.

Across the whole ZH range the colour tells you the circuit: blue sockets are three-pin single-phase (16 A, 2P+E, 250 V) and red sockets are five-pin three-phase (32 A, 3P+N+E, 415 V). Four-pin 3P+E red outlets and 63 A outlets can be fitted instead if that is what your plant uses.
The box is a single thick moulding with the handle and feet formed in, so there is nothing to crack off when it is dropped or dragged. Outlets are grouped on one side, which keeps all the trailing leads running the same way and leaves the other three faces clear.
Made to order, not off the shelf
ATC India can build the ZHS004 with more or fewer outlets, with an incoming lead and plug already fitted, with a mix of 16 A and 32 A ways, or with an RCD inside so the whole box is protected. Describe the supply and the loads and we will quote the exact build.

The ZHS004 suits indoor and sheltered work: workshops, assembly halls, warehouses, film and stage sets, and maintenance shutdowns where tools are plugged and unplugged constantly.

- Protective devices: MCBs, RCCBs and RCBOs are fitted on request and charged separately. Name the brand you prefer and we will build it in.
