JiGO NV-1P VOLT PROTECTOR DIN Rail Meter
The NV-1P is a single-module DIN rail voltmeter with a red LED display, for showing the AC supply voltage on the front of a distribution board or control panel without taking up panel-door space.
A voltmeter that lives on the DIN rail rather than on the panel door is one less hole to cut, one less gasket to seal and one less set of wires running to the front cover. The NV-1P is one 18 mm module wide and reads the AC voltage on the circuit it is connected across, continuously, on a bright red LED display that can be read from across a plant room.
What it is for
- Permanent indication — the supply voltage is visible every time the board is opened, without a multimeter and without exposing live parts
- Fault finding — a phase that is low or missing shows immediately, which is the first thing anyone wants to know on a nuisance-trip call
- One module wide — fits a spare way on an existing board rather than needing a new enclosure or a door cut-out
- DIN rail mounting — clips onto standard 35 mm rail alongside the MCBs it is monitoring
Three of them, one per phase, give a complete picture of a three-phase supply across three modules — which is often cheaper and always easier to fit than a panel-mounted multifunction meter, and considerably easier to read.
Connection and selection
The NV-1P is an indicating instrument only. It displays the voltage; it does not switch, protect or record anything. Where the supply has to be disconnected on over- or under-voltage, use the NP4 V-Protect voltage protector instead, which measures and switches the load.

The NV-1P is fitted in distribution boards, machine control panels, DG set panels, pump and irrigation boards and solar installations where the supply voltage needs to be visible at a glance.
- Pair it with the ammeter: the NA-1P DIN rail ammeter is the matching module, so voltage and current can sit side by side in two ways.
- Three-phase: use three units, one per phase, or step up to a JiGO multifunction meter where power and energy are also wanted.
- If you need protection, not indication: the NP4 V-Protect and VA-Protect units measure and disconnect the load on out-of-range conditions.
