The CGT-4N is a protective earth (PE) terminal block in the standard green and yellow earthing colours. It clips onto 35 mm DIN rail and makes its earth connection through a metal foot that grips the rail itself, so no separate earthing wire is needed between the block and the rail.
The screw clamp accepts both rigid and flexible conductors and holds the wire against a serrated current bar for a secure, vibration-resistant joint. The body is self-extinguishing polyamide, and the same footprint and 5-position marker slot as the rest of the CGT range means it lines up neatly beside feed-through blocks in the same panel.
