HEX HEXPRESS-17 Copper Tube Terminal Crimping Tool

The HEXPRESS-17 is a hand crimping tool for copper tube terminals and lugs from 6 sq mm to 50 sq mm. It uses a hexagonal die set and a ratchet mechanism, so the jaws will not release until the crimp is complete — the crimp comes out to the same depth every time regardless of who is holding the tool. That repeatability is what keeps joint resistance low and stops the terminations heating up in service.

Suited to panel wiring, LT cable termination and maintenance work where a hydraulic tool is more than the job needs. HEX crimping tools are made by Brass Copper & Alloy (I) Ltd alongside the HEX lug and gland range, so dies and terminals match.
