Push Button Cover 22mm

A soft, translucent silicone boot that fits over the head of a standard 22 mm panel push button. Rated IP65, it seals the gap around the button head, which is where water, dust, oil mist and coolant normally get into a control panel. The button is pressed straight through the cover, so there is no change to how the machine is operated and no rewiring involved.

The silicone stays flexible in heat and cold and does not go brittle or crack the way ordinary PVC covers do. Being translucent, the button colour and any legend underneath stay visible, so an operator can still tell a red stop from a green start at a glance.

It pushes on by hand and can be pulled off just as easily for cleaning or when a button needs to be changed. Commonly fitted on machine tools, food and beverage lines, washdown areas, outdoor panels and any station where hands are wet, oily or gloved.
