Enquire on WhatsAppThe JiGO BV 1.25 is a straight through in-line butt splice with a crimp barrel at each end used to make a quick, tool-free permanent joint between two conductors in control panels, switchboards, automotive and appliance wiring. The barrel is rolled from tin-plated copper, so it crimps softly onto the strands and resists corrosion in humid Indian conditions.
It is fully insulated – a moulded nylon body covers the joint completely. The sleeve is red, which is the standard colour code for 1.5 mm² conductors, so an electrician can tell the size of the terminal at a glance on a crowded panel. Joins two cable ends end-to-end in a straight line.
Crimp it with any ordinary insulated-terminal crimping plier — no special die is needed. Suitable for 0.5 – 1.5 mm² (AWG 22–16) conductors.
