FDFN 1.25-250

The JiGO FDFN 1.25-250 is a flat female receptacle (push-on / disconnect type) used to make a quick, tool-free connect-and-disconnect joint in control panels, switchboards, automotive and appliance wiring. The barrel is rolled from tin-plated copper, so it crimps softly onto the strands and resists corrosion in humid Indian conditions.

It is fully insulated – a moulded nylon body encloses the crimp barrel and the complete receptacle so no live metal is exposed after mating. The sleeve is red, which is the standard colour code for 1.5 mm² conductors, so an electrician can tell the size of the terminal at a glance on a crowded panel. Mates with a standard male push-on tab.

Crimp it with any ordinary insulated-terminal crimping plier — no special die is needed. Suitable for 0.5 – 1.5 mm² (AWG 22–16) conductors.
